We will contact you as soon as possible in the event that we cannot meet your needs.

Do you take special orders?
Yes. If you have visited the showroom and would like to purchase the item that is not on the website, please contact us for pricing and delivery. If you want to inquire about an item, please contact us for availability. There are well over 1,000 items in the factory showroom that are not available online however; we will try to meet the needs of custom orders on an individual basis.

All orders are shipped from Stratford where the showroom is located.

Rush (1-2 business day), Express (3-5 business days), Regular (7-9 business days). International order may take longer, please check with us.

Who is your shipping carrier?
Our shipping carrier is Canada Post. Canada Post has a parcel weight restriction of 20.0 kg. If the combined weight of your items exceed 20.0 kg, they will be packaged in separate boxes to meet this restriction.

Do you ship via express courier i.e. FedEx?
This is very expensive for heavy items and we do not advise it. We have preferred rates with Canada Post and will ship your order express if you wish. All shipping costs will be added to the total cost.

Custom Duties and Taxes

Who pays for any Custom Duties and Taxes?
Since we have customers globally, we cannot determine the duties and taxes for every country. You will be responsible for any government duties and taxes for your country for items purchased. Contact your local government agency for tax and duty rates as they apply to: "brassware for decoration purposes manufactured wholly in China". You may also want to contact your post office for information on goods delivered to you via the postal system. Ontario residents must pay 5% GST and 8% PST and residents of Canada other than Ontario must pay 5% GST. A product shipped to an address outside of Canada is exempt from GST and PST.

Can Country of Origin certificates be provided?
If you require a Country of Origin certificate for customs purposes, a US$ 50.00 charge will be added to your total price. This is the cost for the manufacturer to obtain one from the Hong Kong Government. Check with your local Government customs agency since this may be more expensive than the duties if any, charged to you by your Government.
